“Been waiting at the window( after I had already recieved a automated call saying perscriotion were ready) for 30 min. This is awful, I just left the hospital and it really shouldn't take this kind of time to pick up prescriptions call in by the hospital with insurance. Very, very upseting with slow service we were given the total and pur credit card over 15 minutes ago and the employee is just not coming back. We will not fill here again”

“Location is very nice however it seems that more pharmacists/techs need to be hired. Waiting 30-40 mins in a drive through with 6 cars and a line of 7 people inside (I went in first) for a time that isn't busy is very inconvenient to everyone. Not sure how long the people were waiting in line infront of me but after a while someone actually honked because no one was tending to the person in the car. Unfortunately if your doctor called it in here you are stuck waiting forever. I will be changing my prescription pick up location after this experience..... I am still in line waiting to pick up my prescription with 3 cars infront of me. I have had enough time to write this review and I'm still waiting. Unlike most products, prescriptions are actually needed so you can't just leave them at the pharmacy if you are unhappy with the service...”

“Visit of this clinic was my saddest and most appreciated experience at the time of my sorrow, my favorite baby Max was old and sick and after many trials and doctors visit I decided to let him go after 17 great years by my side. Max was very sick and staff of the Triangle Clinic understood our bond and people were very nice and understanding seeing me going through my sorrows of letting him go. I believe and saw that he did not have any pain in final step of leaving this world because staff of Triangle Clinic did it right way and followed my guidance.I will never forget care they had given us.”
