“From the minute I spoke on the phone with Brian, I felt the quality of customer service which is not common today. They were prompt, professional, did quality work at a reasonable price and most of all had some compassion for a woman stranded at a truck stop with no brakes. When I talked to Brian, he said he was near Savannah but he had a partner about an hour from me and from then on I was continually impressed. Thomas showed up with a good attitude, proper tools and the expertise to diagnosis, locate parts, repair and had me rolling down the highway in an hour. If you have an RV, you have issues and I would recommend this company and most especially Brian and Thomas. My only regret is that I do not live closer to them so they could handle all my RV repairs. “Did not have them work on my vehicle, so this review is strictly about customer service. There was an older couple having a tire repaired when I got there. The tech was very polite and straight forward; did not force them to buy a new tire or try to upsell, he was straight and honest about what was/could be done and when he was asked about putting on the spare instead of buying a new tire, he was very professional and obliged the older man who owned the truck. My car had broken down and I went In to ask about some parts for a quick fix until I could get a replacement, ( they did not sell the part). The young lady behind the desk was very polite and worked with me and the techs to find something that would work. I will be going back in the future to see how their work is, but if their work is anything like their customer service, I have nothing to worry about. 5 Stars.”
