“I have been going to Dr. Nell for years, ever since I moved to Conroe. I've not had a bad experience yet. They take walk-ins, I've never had to wait more than 10-20 minutes, and the price is pretty average. I will be honest, the two ladies that are in the back where the eye exams take place aren't the friendliest of people, but they aren't the worst--this might be a no-go for some of you. But the staff at the front that are in charge of frames and fitting are absolutely wonderful! One of the reasons I like going there is that I feel very at ease, Dr. Nell is very kind and will explain everything he does, as he is doing it. There is a never a time I go where he doesn't ask me multiple times "Do you have any questions for me?" I really appreciate that. A lot of practices now are very cold and "in-and-out" type with their Doctors, this is why I have not gone elsewhere. If you're looking for a wholesome practice with a "family-feel", I would recommend Dr. Nell.”

“This place is amazing. I've dreaded getting my work done and they made it so easy. They're very nice and make you feel comfortable. I was at ease the entire time from 1st appointment to post up. Not only was the work was great the staff is even better the dentist did a great procedure and the assistant Brandi was excellent at making me feel comfortable. I've gotten less work done and had a way worse time. I highly recommend going here.”
