“If I could give 10 stars, I would. Had a small emergency with my youngest child and ran here first. The staff was so helpful and so nice to her. But.... Dr. Best was truly the BEST! My little girl went from crying, bleeding and screaming to giggling in no time. He talked her through it all and even shared frozen push-ups with her afterwards. Dr. Best took a stressful situation and made it pleasant one. Truly loved the experience we had here. Though I hope not to need the emergency services aspect of it, I look forward to returning in the future (if needed).”

“Cannot recommend this place enough! Especially PA Lauren Stein! We had a scare with my three year old one early morning and went to an ER and they were extremely unhelpful and rude. In desperation, I called Northeast pediatrics in Castroville (very helpful and sweet whoever was on the phone) and they got me an appointment that afternoon! Lauren Stein is so caring, sweet, and attentive. Never rushed us, and was determined to find answers! She was also so knowledgeable and helped me understand a lot! We’ve been here a lot the last week doing tests and finding answers, and she is always happy to help! It’s been so nice knowing I have someone as knowledgeable as her on my childrens side! And, I must compliment the nurses. Inbetween moving and changing insurances, I missed some of my youngest child’s immunization and had quite a bit. They offered to have me break it up, but for personal reasons I chose to do it all then. I’ve had a nurse go quite slow with the needles before and was afraid it’d happen again (I asked this time and they said this nurse is quick). I’m happy to say she was amazingly quick! My one year old cried for like a minute, which is the least he’s ever cried with shots. Overall, very pleased with this team and their care for my children.”

“I've been seeing Dr. Van Winkle literally since before I was born. He has a great (dry) sense of humor and truly cares about his patients. Dr. Nguyen is the same way. People who complain about the wait times don't understand that this is a small town and these doctors actually take time to discuss and visit with their patients. They won't prescribe medicine unless you need it and they're more than willing to work with you if you have income issues. Their office staff are all very friendly and kind.”

No matter what or timing they made sure she was taken care of and made her feel so comfortable for a 5 year old dentist aren’t the best people to them but Dr.C was great! Keri was such a great person with my little one she was so friendly and made she she got her price after her visit. David (lead assistant) was incredibly helpful and even got baby girl to smile during the whole process. GREAT OFFICE!!”

“Absolutely loved our PA today Miss Tabatha. This was our first time with her, but we’ve been patients of this clinic for many years. She listened to ALL of my concerns and addressed each one. She even entertained my chatty son’s discussion of all things sports related! She really made us feel like we were important patients to her. Also love Miss Lisa Nolan. Can’t say enough good things about her. Dr Hayes is my doctor and I will always recommend him! Some days I can’t get the kids into see him, and the lovely staff comes through just like today.”
