“I had a battery replaced at Christensen Tire & Automotive at 1407 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 on December 2020. They put in an Interstate battery that had a 2-year warranty. I had problems with the battery not staying charged and I had it tested and it was bad. Christensen Tire & Automotive tried to charge me $178.59 for a new battery that was still under warranty. DO NOT GO TO Christensen Tire & Automotive because they will try to sell you snake oil and rip you off. They were going to get a new battery from Interstate Battery at no cost to them because the battery was under warranty and charge me for it. That is very deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTENSEN TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE AT 1407 E BELT LINE RD, RICHARDSON, TX 75081. I came to Interstate Battery and showed my receipt from when I purchased it from Christensen Tire & Automotive (2020) and Interstate Battery told me it was still under warranty and that there would be NO charge for the battery. Pete was very helpful along with the other gentleman that tested my battery. They were both friendly and gave great customer service! I recommend coming to Interstate Battery for your battery needs. I'm not sure why there are all these negative comments about not getting a new battery that is under warranty. There are always two sides to a story. I never had a problem and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you. “YouTube channel Litehouse12 I could hear my passenger front tire hitting my wheel well so I brought it in to get it replaced Ric Guerrero the store manager told me that I had an additional tire that was separating. I told Ric I can barely afford one tire. He said "let me go check and see if I have a used tire for you" he came back with a used tire that still had the factory strip around the tire, it had to be new. Ric asked me if I would like the tire, I explained to him again my financial situation, how I had enough money for 1 tire. He rang it up and gave me the total, I wanted to cry, because the total was what I had saved for 1 tire.
