“We stayed overnight at The RV park on our way back from Colorado and loved it! We arrived late right at dusk and the owners had texted us all the details we needed to get settled in on our own. There was lots of space to maneuver our horse trailer LQ and the RV site had not just electricity, but water and sewer too which was a plus. The horse corrals were just right. They were very roomy with a cover, a water faucet on the edge of the corral and very safe pipe fencing. Next time I will bring a bicycle cable and lock for extra security. Really great set up!”

“This camping spot was accommodating to our needs, we felt safe, and it's in a convenient location. We enjoyed the drive-in movie theater nearby. The time of year that we visited the KOA had dead vegetation, hopefully there is more green grass and nice trees according to their pictures. The dog park access was convenient, we really liked this place, we will stay again. Military discount and location near Texas Tech was our main considerations.”

“We absolutely loved it here, we where in town for 1 month working and it was a great experience. Plenty of local stores and restaurants, great cell service and WI-FI, the park was very quiet and meticulously maintained. Also we felt very comfortable leaving all day as they have several security cameras as well good fences. Miss. Kay was very personable and always pleasant to speak with. 10/10 would definitely stay again if and when we are in the area.”

“This hotel was fantastic. The rooms and lobby are very modern, very clean, the breakfast was great. Had sausage and eggs and bagels and pancakes and muffins and cereal and fresh fruit. An oatmeal bar, good coffee, and a snack shelf to buy several different things. The beds were soft and comfy, the room was spotless and their soap smells awesome. I loved the pool table and rec area in the front. Very nice pool also, large outdoor pool. The price point is really quite reasonable for what you get. It is on the edge of town, not an ideal place to drive out too, but it is quite. So overall I give this hotel an 8/10 or a 4.6/5. Definitely will stay there again.”

Yes the building is dated and the breakfast might not be worth getting up for (but come on, are they ever really?), but for the price and easy access to the highway, it’s a perfect road trip stop.
