“Accidentally locked the keys in the trunk of my Hertz rental car at 5 pm on a Saturday, and neither Hertz nor AAA could get in. Steve w Brock Lock and Key worked with Hertz corporate customer service to get the key code for my rental vehicle and get a new key made at 10:30 at night. He was courteous, helpful, and considering all the circumstances charged a very fair price. Hertz's solution was to wait until Monday (!), so Steve really got me out of a jam.
