(August 23, 2021, 2:53 pm)We rented a unit for the summer so we didn't have to take all the dorm stuff home. The entire process was contactless. I spoke with a helpful and knowledgeable employee before renting, received emails with detailed and complete information including how to access the facility, and arrived to find a clean unit waiting for us. I was able to set up an auto-draft for the monthly payment (btw, 806 Storage was much more reasonably priced than storage facilities closer to Texas Tech, and completely worth the extra 10 minute drive). After move-out, I received an email confirming that there was no further balance due. They made things as easy as can be, which is much appreciated when moving stuff under the hot Texas sun. Highly recommend.
