“Today started as a great day to go see my family and thus started on the road for a 5 hour drive with my dog. Shortly into the drive, my car absolutely stopped working and I was in panic mode as TX heat is in the triple digits and I was in a car with no ac...My insurance (will remain nameless...for now...) was called at 1:58pm and they recommended A One Mechanics for me to take my car. A tow through my insurance was expected in about an hour...text messages from the tow provider then said they needed a new provider....another HOUR for a tow...I called insurance AGAIN, tow promised in a half hour...And this pattern continued for a few hours....A One Mechanic was approaching closing time and still no tow and my dog and I were beginning to feel the heat...I called surrounding mechanics for help and no one had space for me...with no tow, I was sure I would be stranded who knows how long... Then, I finally got in touch with A One Mechanics myself, and thank you to Joey and Jacob who went above and beyond to help me when my insurance failed to get me a tow for 5 HOURS and I was in the heat and sunburned on my left arm. I called the insurance to cancel the tow and Joey did not hesitate to come and tow my vehicle as he knew I wasn't near home and this was an emergency. Through amazing teamwork (affordable pricing mind you 😉) Joey and Jacob were able to get my car working same day/night and are now mechanics I trust and will most definitely come back to in the future. They were completely honest with me and made sure I did not leave without a functioning vehicle. “We were hauling our RV down the highway and broke a leaf spring. Thankfully, our Emergency Roadside Assistance referred us to Elias. They went above and beyond to help us as we were stranded in a deserted parking lot, unable to be towed and had to wait to get the right part overnighted to us as it was unavailable in parts shops/RV shops (they tried extensively to find it). It was an unusual length due to our RV being a 2021. As soon as the part came in, they came immediately to get us back on the road to our destination. We were so impressed with the work both Elias and Valentin did for us that we hired them on our own to replace all of our leaf springs because we were fearful they were all defective since one broke in half for no reason. We would recommend them to anyone that needs work performed. They came to the RV park we were at to perform the other work. They were professional, on time and very fair with their pricing. If we need future work, we will absolutely use them. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Thank you Elias and Valentin!!!”
