Storage facility is clean and very well maintained! Service is friendly and efficient!

The manager jessica is the best! She is extremely helpful and knows the property and anything she can do she does for the tenets here. She did so much for me I am so sad to be leaving mainly because of not seeing her anymore. The middle of the property is the coolest part in my opinion!

Excellent facility, great manager who is very skilled in assisting with crazy schedules and last minute requests. Highly recommend this facility in Boerne and will use again in the future.

I LOVE this place. I've used many storage facilities before and this one was the Rolls-Royce of them.

1. The Management was FANTASTIC. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere.
2. The facility itself is clean, temperature controlled, and very secure.
3. The pricing for the product(the storage unit)/service (insurances and accessibility) in addition with the informative and friendly staff is WORTH IT. Not to mention, in investigating the area, this storage facility has the lower prices for a same sized unit compared to other local facilities. Again, regardless of low price, it is worth it.

I was sad to go, but had to downsize. I'll definitely keep this place in the back pocket.

Also, there's some historical trivia surrounding the facility and definitely worth checking out.

Prices are fair for the area and front desk is super helpful. No complaints. Awesome gate hours too.
