“We got here just before closing and instead of turning us away, they welcomed us with genuine smiles and cheerful welcomes! Even when it was closing time. This place is the absolute best!! All the staff is extremely kind and very knowledgeable! I hope we don’t have to be back in an urgent care anytime soon but if we do.Were definitely coming back here, and we live in Wylie so that definitely says something. “This hospital sometimes gets a bad wrap…..but last night we had a great experience with the ER staff. They got us in a room very quickly (even during COVID). The nurses were very polite, and the X-ray tech was wonderfully funny and took great pride in his job. Thank you Kaufman Presby for taking care of my 16 year old daughter in a stressful situation for a Dad.”
