“These folks save my life last week. My wife and I are on a trip from Texas to Plymouth, MA and somehow the pin on my breakaway switch came out while we were driving. Our trip was pre-planned and this issue put future reservations in doubt. I did not notice while driving but did notice when we got to our destination. The switch had melted. I called several place and could not get someone to come out to help. I talked to Shelby at the Rover and she stated that their one mobile tech was booked for the forseeable future. However she did say, that she would check to see if some of the techs that don't normally do mobile work could come out. She called back a little while later to let me know that they could have one at our site early in the morning. They showed up on time (three of them). Two guys worked on the electricial stuff which turned out to be more than just the switch. The wiring in back of the switch was fried and there was a short near the brakes. While they fixed that another young man inspected the brakes and bearing on all four wheels - repacking the bearings as he went along. They finished before noon and we were back on our trip. I can't say enough about the service we received. Shelby help get them to us and then they took care of everything. Great guys that know what they are doing.
