“From the first moment, my wife and I knew we made the right choice when we called Ramsey Roofing. We called Ramsey as our second opinion. Not only was he more professional, but he was able to provide a quote that was less than half of the other company, while still using high-quality material and skilled labor. After a couple meetings, and without any pressure, Curtis and his crew ended up replacing the entire fascia around the house. He made sure that's what we wanted to do and did not try to talk us into any more than we wanted or needed. After that, they replaced old, rotted decking, added a layer to make sure our roof was up to code, then completed the roof - it looks fantastic! Not to mention our new, two-tone seamless gutters! Lastly, Curtis and his crew replaced wood paneling on the side of my house with brick, cleaned our brick, and applied the German smear technique to the entire exterior. Most importantly, Curtis is present and openly communicates with you and his crew so that you know there is no chance of any misunderstanding. “It all started about two years before they replaced our storm-damaged roof. Then, we required some minor fixes to the roof. Brad came over and fixed it for free! Who does that? Later on, when we needed our roof replaced due to storm damage, we knew who to go with and they did not disappoint. Chris came over and coordinated with the adjuster. He made sure everything that needed to be covered was covered. They took care of all the communication with the insurance company even though this required patience due to the slow response from the company. They are very honest, thorough, and fair people. “Low price! Great roof! Last summer I decided to finally re-roof my house. I got many estimates from roofing contractors all over Dallas and Fort Worth and the Sharp Exteriors proposal was superior in all qualities from those I evaluated. As a very detailed person I carefully evaluated the proposals given. It was very important to me to read and understand all the meanings in the proposals before making a selection of roofer. Sharp Exteriors delivered the material on the following Friday, putting it on the part of the driveway I had requested. The work began Monday and finished that same day. Clean-up was accomplished beyond to my satisfaction, no loose nails in my grass or anything. I believe that my roof and its installation could not have been accomplished more satisfactorily or at a lower price.”

“This year, we had hail damage to our metal roof. We called Finished Work Roofing to inspect the roof. They inspected the roof and indicated there was enough damage from the hail storm to require a new roof. After their inspection, we had a high wind storm that severely damaged (The wind had blew off parts of our roof) the roof even more! The company couldn’t replace the roof at that time because of their work schedule. However, they sent a crew out immediately to fix the roof temporarily so as not to have any more wind or water damage. It was an effective temporary fix. Also, they took the initiative to rearrange their work schedule to more quickly replace our roof- which was a great relief to us. While repairing the roof, they did everything exactly as we requested and we were completely satisfied with the roof replacement. We would highly recommend this company. The staff and workers were very pleasant, and very competent. We had no complaints whatsoever!”
