The staff is amazing, courteous, kind, quick to answer any questions and always with a smile on their faces! The men and women on staff make me fee welcomed each and every time i come. They deserve a raise, a bonus, a party and/or all! I recommend this gym to all my friends and family in the area. The fact that they take the time to close the gym for an hour each day just to clean and sterilize all the equipment just goes to show that they enjoy their job and care for the members!”

“This place is amazing. They give my daughter so much attention and especially one on one training. My daughter is a beginner and they encourage her and give her the confidence to exceed and excel. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. As a single father of a little girl they do not make me feel estranged but rather very welcoming especially with myself being one of the few males that bring there daughter here!
