Underwood Henry DO

Well worth the wait…My family has been going to him for years…I’d have say that Dr. Henery Underwood is the Chick-fil-A of doctors, he has excellent customer service he goes above and beyond and actually takes time to find the root cause of patients needs , and he doesn’t just treat symptoms like a lot of doctors. To keep him serving our community like he served in the Military, he should be immortal and be protected at all cost.

I have been a patient of Dr. Henry Underwood for a years (on and off due to distance), and while his wait time may be an issue for some, it most definitely is not an issue for me. This doctor is unlike any other doctorsin this profession; you are not simply a number with a problem. He takes care of you by providing individualized care for each patient, which is why it takes him some time to get to each patient.

However, while I waited for him I have never been disappointed. He amazes me with his knowledge, and his ability to find fitting and reputable professionals to handle issues he may not be qualified to do. He takes pride in his work and shows up at the hospital before and after work to check on his patients. Now, if anyone has a complaint it has to be personal, because he keep a very pleasant attitude throughout his treatment, and I have never heard him raise his voice, nor display rude or ill comments towards his patients.

Lastly, he saved my life twice! He found issues other doctors didn’t find. So, yes we may fall short—it does not mean he’s not exceptional at what he does. I’ll wait, because what other doctor do you know will take their time and listen to you? I/We have and will forever be grateful...

He's a caring doctor, listens to you and won't stop until he gets to the bottom of what's wrong with you, or gets you to the right doctor.

Dr Underwood takes time with each patient to provide the best of care. While you may be waiting longer than at a typical "in and out" doctor's office, you will not find a doctor who cares about their patients like Dr. Underwood.
