“I found Classic Auto Service online. I wanted a safe place to take my classic car. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to drive to Dallas to have it worked on. I was happy to find them in Caddo Mills, only about 20 minutes away. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car with someone who didn't appreciate and respect my vehicle. I found Tim and his staff to be very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable leaving my car with them for repair. They were friendly, courteous and invited us to see all the cars inside the garage. It was breathtaking to see the classic cars that they were working on. I felt I was at a car show. It eased my mind and I felt good about leaving my BABY, my El Camino, with them. I knew it would be in good hands. They did a wonderful job with repairs and at a reasonable price. I didnt have to leave my car overnight. Whew! It was repaired within a few hours. Tim called when we got home to see if the air conditioner was working ok. He also is looking for some additional parts for my lights and will let us know when he finds them. I am thrilled to have found Classic Auto Services and happy to have met Tim and his son. Noone likes having to take their vehicle in for repairs but this was a pleasant experience and we will be returning as needed. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who loves their car as much as I do. “This place is absolutely breathtaking. The sights are wonderful. They have a great pool, a basketball court, a small workout area, and a kids' playground. There's also a cute little store. I would highly recommend visiting here. We booked the place for an aviation Merit Badge, but due to weather, we had to cancel at the last minute. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and they cancel our booking.We booked for another weekend when weather was really beautiful.”

“I don't haul my boat (22' Pontoon" long distances and such, I needed a basic trailer and at the time I did not want to pay the cost of the factory trailers. I bought my trailer about 5 years ago from this company and was shocked to see the negative reviews today. Sounds like a buyer beware type thing but my experience with the company was good. The trailer is NOT the quality that you get from a boat dealer, but if I remember right it was 1/3 the cost of one of those trailers. It's not powder coated, wiring is exposed (I put mine in PVC) and some other things. I had to leave my boat sitting for 3 years in storage, on the trailer - the wheels/tires they use all had air. 2 needed air added, 2 were fine. I'm installing better guides and installed those plastic bunk covers to help the boat slide on/off. I thought the folks (can't remember their names) were friendly enough and responsive. The one gripe I had - which is on me for the cost - is more/better guides could be used - my boat swayed on a windy day when loading and the sharp corner of one of the supports gouged a pontoon a little. Anyway - all-in-all for the money I'm fine with it. I feel like I paid for materials and welding time - from there I can customize it and still be way cheaper. After the 5 years of mild use, the welds seem fine which is what matters the most to me. When referencing folks to them though, I will keep these reviews in mind - but there tends to be two sides to these stories too.”

Not only did they quote us significantly less than another company we'd called out for the same job, but they caught me off guard with how quickly they finished the work. Most importantly, the quote was a no-BS and straightforward plan, where we knew exactly what we were getting and why we needed it. During installation they even changed a few of the little details to make our lives a little easier, and the extra thought was much appreciated.
