“I’ll start with the fact that the dental assistants and the front staff were very kind and informative. The woman at the front desk took extra time to explain and ensure that I understood the paperwork I was signing for my daughter’s x-rays and why they may be necessary. Although the dentist wasn’t able to treat my daughter in their office and referred us to a specialist, he was extremely kind and supportive and made sure to let me know that the issue we are having is mostly genetic, common and not my fault (this goes a long way to hear from a professional as moms who blame ourselves for everything!) The staff and dentist seemed to have great rapport and it made for a comfortable environment. Overall, an excellent experience and I will be returning with my other children!”

“AMAZING. Why? Well I am pregnant with my first child, and as you can imagine I was worried when my wisdom tooth got infected and swelled my mouth shut. The office at Berry and Berry took me in as a new patient very quickly to help with the pain they gave me antibiotics that were safe for me and got me scheduled to see Dr. Berry. I went in today, and the procedure was so quick! Like I don’t think it took much more than 5-8 minutes. He knows what he is doing, and they have done many of these procedures! Not much pain with shots or anything and now I’m in recovery mode. VERY VERY impressed with how safe they made me feel and how quick and almost painless the procedure was! Just amazed. “Dropped into CrossFit Full Sail while visiting my parents in Granbury for a week. (Visited from Berthoud, Colorado). It is a FABULOUS facility! Plenty of room for everyone and all things CrossFit. Coaching was great! Each workout and the skill work after the workout was a great balance in my opinion. I even picked up a sweet shirt too. I’ll be visiting again next time I visit!”

“I found Main Street Medical while searching the internet for a sturdy lift chair and contacted them. Debora suggested I come to the store and look at chairs. I’m glad I did, she was very helpful and took time to assist me. We came up with a chair that I was happy with. The chair I chose seemed to fit a big guy, which I am, and seemed to be a very sturdy chair. It was a bit expensive but I liked the fact that warranty service was covered by the store where I was buying. I had bad experience with a 800 number warranty company. Brett came and setup my chair and removed my old recliner which was appreciated very much. I have been in my chair now for a few weeks and am very happy with it. I found that I cannot live without the lumbar and head adjustment which was something that Debora the store manager suggested. The chair is very comfortable and provides adjustments for just about any position. Oh yes there is the heat and massage, something I didn’t think I require, but i use the heat all the time. A great feature. The people at Main Street were great to work with and I am very pleased with my purchase, thank you very much.”

“A few weeks ago my roommate and I realized that we had no more bottled water. It was around 10:30 PM. We decided to drive up to the Dollar General. I was very surprised to see 2 or 3 cars in front. My roommate got out went to the door and a man holding a key opened and let him go in. I know that these people work hard stocking when they have time, running the register, and other duties. If you have never worked retail then you may not know that most retail stores are short handed by choice. I am including these facts because the key holder could have not let anyone in past closing. They have plenty to do. I gave them 5 stars for putting customer first. I have been in many of theses stores but never did they let you in late. In fact they will yell at you and tell you how much time you have left. Thank You Mr. KEY HOLDER.”
