“Magnificent customer service!!!! My husband stopped by yesterday as a walk-in customer, he was given a cut by a barber there. Honestly he came home and I was dissatisfied, the blending was bad and the lines. I made the call to the shop, long story short I spoke with Izzy and he let me know he would get it corrected. Izzy called me back and asked us to go back to the shop and let me tell you he fixed it and lined everything right up. First one is the before and the other 2 are the after. Highly recommend y’all book with them!!! We will definitely be back!!!”

“With one treatment for hair removal I’m seeing huge results! The hair removal with the Alma Harmony XL was quick and easy! There was mild to no pain associated with this HR because the laser is in constant motion and also has a cooling setting! To add I had some unsightly moles treated with erbium laser and they are looking great after just one treatment! No pain at all! They became a little crusty a few days after treatment and are now flesh colored! After a few more treatments I expect them to be completely gone! Staff was amazing!”

Had a consultation with Courtney previous to my visit and she took into consideration all of my concerns and wants, she even showed me some of her portfolio to confirm that’s what I wanted. She was sweet and attentive and gave me the best massage when rinsing my hair. I am definitely going back to Hair by Love salon. Overall the staff was very welcoming and you can tell they know what their doing. Last week I went to a different place and the guy messed up on my hair sooo bad and tried to pretend like nothing was wrong with it and sent me on my way. I saw great reviews about Mirror Mirror and Sydney online and scheduled an appointment to see if she could help fix my hair. She was so very knowledgeable and caring. She transformed my hair and made me look absolutely stunning. It was a LOT of work to correct the all the damage that had been done. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She was not the only one in the shop that was amazing. They all knew what they were doing. There was at least 5 ladies and every single one of them had the talent and skills to do an amazing job. Kaylie did an amazing job of blending my quickly-spreading silver hair with my natural dark brown. She expertly added highlights and low lights so that I can ease gently into the silver.
