“I brought my 65 Mustang to L&L that was in BAD shape from another Austin restoration shop who failed to complete any work that they started. L&L has a small section of their normal business that is dedicated to classic cars like mine. They got my car in pretty quick and went to work, they found many errors and concerns that the other shop overlooked, corrected them and finished rebuilding my engine. They got my car running in a pretty quick timeframe and I finally feel comfortable taking it home. I am so thankful, especially for Don and Richard's hard work to help us out of a bad situation. If you need a shop that you can trust, i would 100% recommend them. They are honest, great communicators, very clear with expectations and prices and are happy to have you stop by and chat and check on progress every step of the way. It turned out to be glue from duct tape that looked like a big scratch. He rubbed a chemical on the area and it looked like new in 5 minutes! He did not charge me for this service. “I recently was refered to HiFlo Racing oil filters. After my due-dilligence I found this filter is not just GOOD, but was the only TUV certified racing filter. TUV is the worldwide trademark of Trust and Quality. I completed a total cam chest upgrade and after 1k break in miles when oil and filter were changed there was no visible particulates in the oil or on the drain plug magnet. The oil color was almost the same shade of saphire blue as when installed. My 03 FLHRCI bought new will likely out live me, having a lot to do with the engine care this filter will help provide. Chance & Kelly were able to come to my home right away, arrived when they said they would, gave me a courtesy call before arriving, and were extremely professional and courteous when I spoke with them during repairs. The new windshields are high quality, look better than the originals, and the price was surprisingly inexpensive. We discussed in detail one of my classic vehicles, and I was very impressed at the level of detailed knowledge they have on classic and collectible cars and trucks. “TL:DR The combination of THOR Offroad and Whitlock Automotive is the best overall group I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. I've had multiple customizations completed on my 2021 Power Wagon and my general maintenance is done by Whitlock Automotive. I had an issue with a TPMS sensor on one tire. The tire shop I bought the tires from couldn't fix it. They did. I had an issue where my speedometer was off by 10 MPH due to the larger tires I had installed. Nobody I talked to could get the hardware to reprogram it. They could and fixed it. I had an issue where my tire pressure monitor was alerting because the new tires required much less pressure. Nobody I talked to could get the hardware to reprogram the TPMS sensor. They could and did. I wanted a certain rear bumper for my truck and everyone was out of stock when I tried to get one before I found these guys. They got it in stock within a few weeks and did an incredible installation. There's nothing better than a combination of a general maintenance group who can do my oil changes, alignment, computer sensor updates, etc. & THOR Offroad who is game to do anything I envision on my Power Wagon. Give Slader a call at THOR Offroad. That guy can find things I couldn't on my own and has over delivered twice now.”

Finding their listing on Auto Trader, I called CENTEX to ensure that the vehicle I was interested in, wouldn’t get sold before I made the 2-hour drive to take a look. They were good to their word. When I arrived, I found their great-looking and mechanically sound truck I was interested in, pulled up front, waiting for my arrival. The photos represented it well. Initially, I was taken aback when they refused to negotiate the sales price. But once they explained that they offer vehicles at fair prices -- and make sure that everyone gets the same fair deal, I understood the merits of this approach. Since the listed sales price was reasonable, I bought it. So, though unusual in my experience, this ended up being a hassle-free way to purchase a used truck. First off Marcus has been great at keeping me in the loop on how things were going during the loft process. When I got it back all I could say was WOW!
