“Sterling was the only one in the store when I walked in and I was the only customer. Great timing. I told him that I wanted to get a new iPhone 12 as my iPhone 8 would not keep an all day charge anymore. He assisted me and explained the discounts that I would be getting and some extras that I might want to order. When all was said and done, I traded my iPhone 8 in for the 12th and paid only $400. However I am going to have to go back because the 12 works very differently than the eight and I am 77 years old and will need some help learning it. By the time I was ready to go he had two other customers but he was still helping me as he was also helping them. He did a great balancing job between We three customers. Well done, Sterling.”
