The way the PTs here take such a multi-faceted approach to rehab is incredibly unique and amazing! We have worked on identifying faulty movement patterns, as well as core/hip stability, hip mobility, pelvic floor strength, weightlifting technique, and it has all been SO good. “Disrupt is AMAZING!! I sustained an injury running a couple years ago and was told by a local Ortho that surgery would be the only option if I continued to run and the pain returned. Thankfully I met Rachel through CrossFit, and after talking to her briefly about the issue, she was positive that she could help me rehab the injury (no crazy surgery necessary!). Scheduling an appointment was so easy, and within ~10 minutes of my first visit, she was able to diagnose the root cause of the issue and began forming a thoughtful and thorough treatment plan that was easy for me to adhere to, even with my hectic work schedule. Under her care, I was able to come back even stronger from that injury and haven't looked back! My two year old daughter started therapy on or about 4 months ago. At the beginign it was a rough start, but once she was acquainted with everyone she was able to actually start learning. Florence at the front desk is such a beatutiful person. She reflects what a truly caring person is all about. Always attentive to our needs. Dr. Allen has ben a great supportive Therapist.
