They were timely, considering the volume that they had, and not only did he give me a quick crash course on what my car needed (could've costed me a bunch), he explained to me that it was something that I needed to consider in the near future, instead of trying to overly convince me to buy that day. Very thorough. Awesome customer service!
(February 22, 2019, 7:25 pm)Is it crazy to drive clear across town for impeccable service and A+ customer care? Because I do! Chuck, Jose and the team always take amazing care of my vehicles. Generally in and out in 30-45 minutes for an oil change, or roughly an hour or so for any additional services, i.e., alignment, or brakes. Highly recommend this location if you want a team of experts that will take care of your 4 wheels. :)
