The guys at the Tomball location were great! Appreciate a business that values great customer service.

Jesse and the guys went above and beyond. Didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. Helped me understand issues and gave great advice. I've always enjoyed going to jiffy lube and will be returning to this location.

Went in for an oil change and air filter. When I drove in, I was greeted by Devin who was working courtesy who made me feel welcomed. Drove around to the back to put my vehicle in line. Malcolm, the manager, greeted and escorted me into the waiting area. He informed me of the available amenities. As my vehicle was driven into the bay area, I was able to watch through the large windows. I was able to watch Elijah, who was working upper bay, service my vehicle which made me feel comfortable. I could also see Luke, who was working lower bay, remove the drain plug and old oil filter. Between reading my magazine, talking with other customers also waiting and watching the bay activity, I knew when my vehicle service was done. Malcolm informed me that my service was done and completed my payment transaction. My vehicle was driven out for me. The whole Tomball Team Jiffy thanked me for my business. I will be back for future service 🙂
