These are qualities that are important to me when I will be spending 3 hours chitchatting with a person while I get my hair highlighted and cut. She does an excellent job on my hair, and has done so consistently for the past 2 years. Claudia really listens to you and makes sure she fully understands what you would like done to your hair.
