“I have used Dr. Han for over 10 years. He is an excellent primary care Doctor. I have read reviews about the office staff. They are not the best office staff by any means but Dr. Han is worth putting up with them. They tend to visit among themselves in front of customers. They get the job done although not very enthusiastically which is the reason for 4 stars, but I get in to see a great Doctor that truly helps me. Dr. Han gets 5 stars. His nurses are always good too. He is thorough, doesn’t rush and is very caring. Maybe one day the staff will measure up to Dr. Han and the other good doctors at this clinic.”

He took plenty of time to go over my condition and he told me I am in charge of my health and made a strong argument for me changing the way I eat. It was a stroke of luck to get to meet him and I'm very lucky I did. He was brutally honest about my health and said "I can simply write prescriptions and watch you get worse or you can take charge and never see me again" Thanks to Dr Soliz, I feel empowered and am very optimistic about my health”

“I highly recommend Dr. Shah and his staff. I have never met a more relateable, caring, and professional surgeon. This year I had to have a major (at least for me) and unexpected required surgery. Dr Shah was excellent throughout the process, from the initial diagnosis, surgery consult, surgery, and recovery. It is overly obvious that he has a passion for not only his practice, but for patient care and comfort. Because of this, I opted to return for an optional procedure to better my breathing, and yet again, his high level of patient care was the same even for a routine in-office procedure. But in fact, she is collectively listening ,noting and giving a patient her full attention. Once a few moments spent discussing your reasons to seek medical help, she softens and is a very pleasant person who in my actual experience will go out of her way to help her patients. This is a very appreciated quality. Sadly, this is a rare trait found in most high end professions today. Everything they do to you is explained; they are quick to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. As a new patient here, my visit was very comfortable, relaxing, and a pleasurable visit. The relaxing videos on the monitor in the ceiling that they have for you to watch while they are working in your mouth made it quite easy for me to relax. “Dr. Agulair and all the staff in the office are extremely nice and go out of their way to help anyone. Dr. Agulair was a very nice woman with excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable and thorough. I was originally worried about my appointment because I did have a lot of trouble getting through to the office by phone. It is a newer facility and for some reason IT has not gotten the phone system worked out. I have had no trouble getting in touch with the office since my appointment and was given a patient portal access to all information and a messaging system that works both directions. Messages are responded to in a timely manner as well. If you are a new patient trying to get through via phone I recommend trying to call when they first open as this has been the only time of day that we were able to get through.”
