“Had to have a hernia repaired and it was done here. You can tell the nurses and anesthesiologist genuinely care about you. They were excellent and took top notch care of me. I was really nervous so one of the nurses even held my hand until the anesthia took effect. I've had other surgeries done at various hospitals and once in a different outpatient but this was by far the best. The fact that they care about their patients instantly helps with going through the surgery and recovering. Thank you to everyone there for doing what you do and doing it well :)”

“I thought I would give an update to my review, since my review has been read over 3000 times. 2 1/2 years after my first review, I can tell you that I’m still happy with Alpha. My son is two years nine months and knows all his colors, ABC, and can count to 10. He can also recognize certain numbers by sight and can tell you there is one or two of an item. He says please, thank you, and you are welcome. He was even able to sign please and thank you before he could say it. When I pick him up each day, he is excited to tell me about what he did during his day. I plan to keep my son here because I know he is comfortable and safe. My 3 month old has been going to Alpha Academy for one month now. All of the staff are wonderful and they are always so happy and polite. My son has already brought him 5 art projects (painting with his hands and feet). Also, he has made significant process with recognition and being able to hold his neck up since he started attending. I like that Alpha Academy has a curriculum for children as young as my son. I was worried about bringing my son to daycare, but we have had nothing but a positive experience.”

“I had a problem with my air brake system not charging up air, for which I had 4 different people diagnose the wrong part every time. Sorry, its been a couple of months and I dont quite remember the techs name but , actually there were 2 of them, because again trying to save myself money, the first tech showed me the part that I needed to replace which I bought it new, but didnt wire it up correctly. Transwest was kind enough to bring someone out of the scheduled repairs the next day and help me out again, this time I let the tech finish the repair to the end and finally had the truck ready for my customer. Thank you Transwest , it is very difficult to find somebody as helpful and knowledgable as your techs.”

“My husband has been in 5 nursing homes since he arrived here two years ago. PCC is the first one that has actually worked with me to provide him the best quality of care. They understand his illnesses and constantly keep me updated and work with me. Special thanks to Brandy, Assistant DON, Sharon, wound care nurse, Wanda, wound care nurse, Dr Gee, PCP along with the many sides and nurses who care for them. I was especially impressed with the. Christmas party they had for all the patients and family members. Every patient was included, ambulatory or not. Santa Clause was there. Off duty staff was there to help pass out refreshments along with beautiful presents to every patient so that no one was left out, especially those without family members who also brought presents. They made everyone feel like family. The joy and happiness on all the residents faces brought tears to my eyes????????. THANK YOU PCC!”
