“I have to say how impressed I am with this company. After calling almost all the companies in Katy about our Samsung washer no one seemed to work on it or the brand. Despite the fact that they are not an "authorized samsung dealer," ( what does that mean anyway, after all I just want my washer fixed), the technician came out and fixed it in 30 minutes! These guys are great, were very polite and couteous and even explained to me how the washer needs to be maintained. All I can say is , WOW! Thanks Reliable Appliance Repair!”

“My swimming pool water level dropped and my water heater was leaking water, contacted Rafael with JDR swimming pools, he cameout to my house within an hour after our conversation, fixed both issues, would definitely recommend him, great service and very knowledgeable, I’ll be using him from now on to do my weekly pool cleaning since the company I’m currently using told me that the first available day they had to come out would be almost 2 weeks, even after I mentioned that it was a major issue since the pool water level dropped more than 3 inches in one day!
