I didn’t know anything on my first day and Johan spent majority of the class 1 on 1 helping me learn the proper movements and form. I cancelled my other gym membership shortly after that and don’t miss a day at CrossFit unless I HAVE to! I love the small family atmosphere. “Dr. Marshall was able to accommodate me right away and answered promptly to my request. I have been to previous chiropractors before and all I got was adjustments and a lot on pain afterwards. Dr. Marshall is very knowledgeable, has excellent side table manners, is easy to engage, talk to and understand. He fixed my throbbing pain in 1 hour and gave me exercises to do at home and recommendations on how to go about my gym regimen. Mind you I could barely sit down when I walked into his practice. “I trained with Wes for about a year and he really helped me achieve my goals, both in and out of the gym. We focused on real world exercises that improved core strength as well as flexibility. Warmup and stretching are key to maintaining the muscle gains and he definitely helped me in that area.
