“This place is awesome!!!! The manager Chris is so customer oriented!! I had a bad experience at another rental unit establishment that my parents had their belongings at (robbery) so I decided to find another facility to store their items since they wanted to blame my parents for the break in and imply that they may have forgotten that maybe they didn’t have those time in the unit. Long story short, my parents weren’t the only ones and the guy was caught, but it left a bad taste in my mouth about this establishment. Chris took the time to hear my story and understood my concern. He went out of his way to find me the best deal and even suggested I go down a size in a unit because he felt what I needed was too big and that it would save my parents on a very fixed income money and he was right! Thank you Chris! I truly appreciate all your help!”

“The staff here are extremely kind. We were in a crunch to find something asap as a family member was moving, and this happened to be our first and only stop. The rates are solid, so there's no increase after a few months and she was very upfront and informative about everything. The temp controlled units were surprisingly cheaper than those that weren't. They even have an elevator for the second floor so you dont have to worry about moving something up the stairwell. I can't access my stuff at any time up until 9pm, which is perfect for me.”

“The people at Cube Smart went above and beyond to help us out in a time of need. We left our vehicle in their faculty and needed a ride to our hotel. Uber failed, Lyft failed, Yellow Cab failed. The Manager, John asked the General Manager if she could provide us with a ride. She was kind enough to transport us to our hotel about 20 minutes away. What nice people. “I really like the friendly service. The staff is very helpful. I started out renting a 10x15 at a reasonable price compared to other storages. I was given a free lock and was offered to use their moving truck for free. Later on I rented a mailbox that I still use. I needed to stor my classic car and ended up renting another storage.The storages are clean. I have not seen any rodents or trash. Im a very late payer and still have access to my things. These people will work with you with friendly considertion. I see that people rent spaces for boats and RV's. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime.”
