“This school has been great for my whole family. Excellent martial arts instruction. Concentrated on real world self defense, forms and techniques. Doesn't just give you cute ways to look cool, but how to truly defend yourself in a serious situation. Also has F.I.T. interval training classes in which Geoff is certified and highly knowledgeable. You will see and feel results!! If you are looking for a school where you have to earn your ranks and not just buy them like at other area schools, then this is the place for you. Martial arts and interval training are great either separate or incorporating both. Convenient schedules as well.”
