“Dr. Nguyen is amazing! Love him. The office staff can be a little rough around the edges sometimes. There are two nurses that are so, so nice. The others seem very unhappy. I'm not sure if it's that they have been doing the same job for so long or what exactly, but it is eminent that they are not happy to be talking with patients in person or on the phone. I am moving out of state. When I called to cancel my appointment coming up in the next few weeks they did not ask if they could try to see me sooner, when I was leaving, if I might need a refill on my migraine medication before I go, etc. The person I spoke with simply said, "I have cancelled your appointment. Thanks, bye." It was very impersonal. I had two questions that I was not able to ask because she hung up so quickly.”

“Dr. Bhat is a Wonderful Pulmonologist! He is thorough and never rushes you out of his office. He always takes time to answer any and all questions you may have - And I appreciate that he 'explains' things so that you fully understand. I have been a Patient of Dr. Bhat's for over 2 years now and I highly recommend him. He is personable, friendly and knowledgeable and his staff is delightful. I did have an issue with one of the Nurses being rude last year but she was much more personable on my most recent visit. I always enjoy going to Dr. Bhat's office. ”

“Been going to Dr K for years and have always found him to be very personable and have also always enjoyed talking to Lucinda at the front desk. I am quite confused by the negative reviews as I have never experienced any issues with the staff and I have lived in both Dallas and Austin for over 5 years and still continue to make the drive 2 times a year to Dr K’s and don’t plan to switch anytime soon, to me the staff make it hard to ever change Drs. “Dr. Carpenter was great and so were the front desk people. There was a pretty long wait which is why I didn't give 5 stars, but the entire experience was good overall. The clinic was very clean and spacious. The exam room was very clean as well. They are very technology forward which speeds things along. Very satisfied with my visit.”
