Though they are a little old fashioned as far as the ability to track shipments goes (track via e-mail, handwritten POD's) they have never missed a pick up and always follow any specific instructions provided. “Lone Star hires responsible reliable people. People tend to get upset when they are terminated for not being able to perform the duties they were hired to do and not coming to work. Especially those that work for less than two weeks and call in sick Friday and Monday. How do they even think they know the business. I suppose some people play these games to get unemployment. Some people do not understand that product will not be delivered or additional services performed when they do not pay their outstanding invoices. People do not realize that prudent individuals understand there is always two sides to a coin. I am a current 5 year employee who enjoys working for a company that expect the best from their employees and works hard to provide the best in service to their customers.”
