(January 5, 2018, 2:23 pm)I have never personally experienced this with this cleaners but I can certainly see how this could frustrate a customer. I shared this post with the owners and they were not aware of the problem. They have made the necessary adjustments to correct the problem. They thanked me for sharing this post. BTW I really like this cleaners a lot because they are a green and environmentally friendly cleaners and their service and prices are great .
