“I had a great experience here. I was 10 mins late to my appointment due to Hwy 6 traffic and construction. They didn’t make a big deal about it and got me in quickly. The visit was quick, but thorough, and the staff was most helpful. The doctor was extremely courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. Their prices are normal compared to what I’ve seen. “The staff, especially Dr. Burkholder, are wonderful. However, when you are sick, you cannot get an appointment at this location. I am in need of a doctor now and was told I could see her at the end of December. Unacceptable. My mother also goes to this office and she was on hold for 49 minutes only to be hung up on in the end with no help, no call back, nothing. For this reason I would recommend you continue searching other doctor's offices.”

“Dr. Italia is a very underrated!!! 5 stars is not enough!!! first & foremost I would love to thank Dr. Italia & God for all he did for my father til' he took his last breath. My father caught stomach cancer in the month of 05/2013. My father had been a pt of Dr. Italia for the longest before he caught cancer. Of course like any other cancer pt there was a lot of procedures, testing, long days & even longer nights. Till this day I can close my eyes and see Dr. Italia at our dinner table examining my father. No one made Dr. Italia come to the house during my father's final days, but he did, more than a couple of times! Writing this gets me very emotional. Look, all I am trying to say is that this Dr. deserves the world. I'm in the medical field and none of the Drs. I've ran into so far have had the spirit like Dr. Italia. & no need for me to lie because he is no longer tied to my family since my father passed 08/2013 although, I'm thinking of registering as a new pt very soon!! Love you so much Dr. Italia hope you read this review & know I would never forget you !!! although, you have no idea who or what pts Daughter I am you will soon find out Dr. Italia ... ???????? “I have been with Dr. Patterson for over 20 years. No matter what the circumstances he will always make a way for you to see him even if you call him in the morning, He believes in the health and welfare of his patients. There were times I was in between job and didn't have the money to pay for the medicine and Dr. Patterson made a way for it to happen. Dr. Patterson started from an office in West Houston, to being so respected that West Houston allowed him to build his building on their hospital property. That is how good he is, and from a woman's perspective it doesn't hurt that he doesn't look a day over 30 to this day.”

I love the way the doctor was with my son since he was being difficult. They got him his shots and snacks aftetwards and my son was happy. He forgot about his shots.
