“First time apartment renter here. I have been pleasantly happy with my first month stay. They offered a special so that was nice. My apartment is spacious and has a good sized closet for it being a studio. The dog park is fun for my dog in the morning and evening. I do wish people would pick up after their dog though (on the grass areas) it is not hard and they have multiple pet waste stations with the bags provided(: Other than that I’m happy to be living in a good location that is convenient to me!”
