“My husband and I have lived here for about a year now and we have grown to love the place. When we first moved in, we were a little frustrated with how difficult it was to get ahold of staff, as some other reviews have said, but that has all changed since getting new management. There have been renovations to almost everything within the complex and it is absolutely beautiful now. Great place to have friends and family over to the pool or to the lounge in the main building. There are also grills outside and it’s so nice to see families having barbecues. With all the renovations, we received regular updates and management was accommodating for any disruptions it might have caused. We are transferring to a newly renovated apartment soon and are very excited. The complex is pretty quiet and feels safe- and we lived on the first floor this past year. It’s located in a great spot if you attend the University or Houston. The staff have been prompt and attentive to our requests and complaints. Angela is amazing. She may not always be able to fix all of your problems, which might have led to some negative reviews. But she will help you understand exactly what is going on and do everything she can to help alleviate the situation. She helped us sign our lease and has been here since we moved in and it’s so comforting to know she’s always there to help with any questions- she’s our go-to staff member. If you’re respectful to the staff, they will give the same respect back and are warm and welcoming! We may be moving out of state in about a year, and I will be very sad to leave this place! Great living experience for a great price.”

“Moving out due to wanting to be closer to work. However, I would have stayed. You can't beat the rent here. I've lived here two years so I can do a pros and cons. Pros: Lots of grass for dogs, dog weight limit is not limited to 25lbs and under, great rent for being so close to 610, quick access to 610 highway and close to 288. quiet area for the most part, maintenance guys quick and nice, didn't flood during Harvey, washer/dryer in unit, apartment layout is nice. (Cypress floor plan). Nice balcony, dumpsters are close by. Gate opened sideways instead of swinging out. Easy to use code system for visitors. Cons: Thin walls. I couldn't hear my neighbors talking or their tvs, but could hear loud music and yelling from both the apartment above and below. Could smell smoke in my apartment from other apartments smoking. Parking can be hit or miss. Depending are where you are people don't pick up after their dogs or leash them. Other notes: As someone else said, not many kids here. Mostly working adults I see. The cons were mostly from my bad luck of having bad neighbors. I'd recommend not getting an apartment near the pool. I think the complex tried to restrict to just residents swimming, but it's a loud area when people inevitably bring friends. It's a no frills place but it's reflected in the fair rent.”

“I moved into this community about 4 weeks ago after having an incident at my old apartment. I absolutely LOVE it here! I have not dealt much with the office staff but when I have they have provided exceptional customer service. Jason Richards the property manager is absolutely the epitome of customer service. He always follows up after any maintenance requests I have put in and has even hand delivered some of my packages because of my work schedule. I could not ask for a better place to call my home.”
