With the reviews that I had read previously about others' experiences with Tor-rey's response when equipment malfunctioned, I was more than a little apprehensive when our beverage refrigerator's compressor failed. However, I was pleasantly surprised to speak to Linda and one of the technicians in their service department and receive some of the best support that I have ever had from any company. They helped me diagnose the issue, quickly assessed the problem, and then sent the compressor directly to me within a couple of days. After I received the compressor, they had a technician call to arrange a service time, and in no time our cold beverages were frosty and refreshing again. We currently have three refrigerated fixtures from Tor-rey that have been in service for almost a year and a half, and this has been the only issue thus far. Based on this as well as the stellar service from Linda and the mystery technician, I would definitely recommend them for reasonably priced commercial refrigeration.”

“Nobody likes getting their car towed but the people here made it much less painless than I expected it to be. Staff is highly professional, especially the gentleman I dealt with named Dan. He was extremely courteous and helpful to me and my family. The facilities are clean. With that being said, I hope I never get towed again! But if I do, I hope my car comes here bc all the other impound lots I've been to were absolutely awful.”
