But I found out that the owner Jose and Victor are very patient and walk me through the whole insurance claim and repair process. The whole shop is clean and organized. I was worried about they couldn’t find the right parts on time due to the supply chain issue. But Jose and his team was able to get all the parts needed within one week and complete the repair one day before the estimated completion date. And their price is transparent and reasonable. “I can definitely say this place is awesome. My man Juan not only was able to install a dope audio system but he was also able to have my car modified and wrapped. Everything in chrome was wrapped black including the grill, rims dipped and painted along with the exhaust pipes and they were able to remove a dent I had and repaint. “This is a small business run by a father and son. They are open on weekends and communicate with insurance company for rental cars, adjusters, etc. I am very happy with the work they did for me! I had quarter sized hail all over my car. Took it to them and 2 weeks later, my car was virtually new again! Owner, Tom, let me keep my deductible. Tom even did touch up on my side door dings (not storm related).... My car was detailed and vacuumed, Tom kept me posted by text messages every step of the way, and treated me like a friend. Parking lot is a bit tight to get into docks and use Google maps to get you to the driveway because it isn't marked and swing wide if coming from the south.”
