“Set appointment online for 10:30. Shop wasn't open. The barber who was scheduled to cut my sons hair was on time, but Management had not arrived. Still not open an hour and a half later. Update: After a unpleasant experience, the store rectified any issues I had and was able to to take care of me and my sons. The shop was full for Easter weekend but everything ran very efficiently and we were in and out with excellent cuts! Thank you so much and we will definitely be making this our shop!”
