Brandy was approachable, helpful, and very patient with us. We needed some time to come to an agreement on which sofa we liked. The Manager Will was also helpful and easy to talk with. The center is very clean, very open, and has a huge selection of furniture to choose from. Good prices. This is a true outlet center; not a scratch and dent store. “Customer service was excellent, our agent was amazing, very helpful and patient. The only negative thing I have to say is that you cannot return any item unless it is damaged. Buying quality furniture is a commitment and if something doesn’t work for you in a space you should at least be able to exchange it for store credit, currently you are not allowed to exchange it at all unless it is damaged.”

“Ashley and Brianna are amazing! I shopped around looking for the best deals, prices for two rooms that I needed to furnish. I started at furniture town because I had done business with Ashley before and the bedroom set I wanted wasn’t available as quickly as I needed it... but after shopping around and seeing how other furniture stores were like car lots I brought myself back to Ashley and they worked with me on what I was approved for and made the process quick, hassle free and I furnished two rooms on a budget. They have coffee and water and a show room of really nice furniture. Going forward I’ll keep my business with them it was toooo easy and painless. My furniture will take a little time for the bedroom set and that’s due to being their prized bedroom, which has to come from Mexico and get through customs. The furniture is high quality as well! GO HERE only if you want to not waste your time and looking for great products at decent fair prices.
