I have never had a bad experience here, so I don't know what these people are talking about. They are super helpful and friendly. I always schedule my appointments to be the first one (8AM). The only time I had a long wait was when the doctor was stuck in traffic. That was once. I've been using UT Physicians for about 10 years now. I love the doctors, the phlebotomists, and the office staff. I even tell all my friends they need to switch to this group. Also...I had my first hospital procedure ever at UT Med Center. The wait was super long but the staff was awesome.”
