Well I was greeted by Richard whom was very patient, even with all my questions and indecisiveness. He was also very informative. Giving me honest thoughts and opinions making sure to not sway my decisions either way. He actually made me feel like a millionaire ready to spend millions and yet like part of his family. Very professional courteous and understanding. I will be coming back for pillows mattress covers and any other mattress items.
