“I would recommend over and over again. I called one Wednesday 5:15 PM one evening surprised they were still open. They were able to work me in around my complex work schedule. Had been greeted and checked in at a timely manner, brought back quickly. The nurse seemed so sincere, understanding, and listened. Dr. Burckhardt entered shortly after and explained what my condition was very thoroughly and simplex. He also asked about my personal life, full of humor and kindness. I think that was the most I have laughed in a doctor's office yet still had great care. Office appeared neat and clean. Staff was very knowledgeable and timely with my benefits. Office was friendly through my entire care. Unfortunately, they do not use email to send letters which was a bit difficult since I work in the Medical Center.”
