(February 8, 2019, 10:58 am)With their expert knowledge and care, Right at Home NW Houston's team provided an enormous amount of loving care for my elder. My elder was released from rehab after a hospital stay in December. Was doing fine but we contacted Sandi at RAHNWH to establish a care plan before going on our vacation. It was so reassuring knowing caregivers were staying with our loved one at an Independent Living facility while we were away. Sandi at RAHNWH using her expertise in senior care realized our loved one was having a change of condition. We were still away but a plan of action was put into place, they constantly were in communication with us, stayed with our loved one while being admitted to hospital and also provided 24/7 care at the hospital until we could get home. Sandi also provided helpful, knowledgeable information to us when we requested options for placement for Hospice. This was a very difficult health journey for our loved one (and us) but I cannot express enough how Sandi and her team tremendously helped us in our care journey with respect, dignity, empathy and compassion through the whole experience.
(January 3, 2019, 8:48 am)These caregivers truly saved my mother's life. My mother was in a horrible situation and it all happened New Year's Eve. They had a caregiver in my home the next morning. I had someone with her 24 hrs until she was admitted into a memory care center. My mother adored all of her caregivers because they treated her as if she was their own mother. You can completely trust this service!

(August 3, 2016, 10:24 pm)A great service for individuals and families that need assistance in daily activities. Gives great peace of mind for family that cannot be with their parents every day to oversee that they are eating, taking their medications, drinking water, or having any issues.
(February 17, 2016, 11:29 pm)I have been meaning to write this review since early 2015. I can't say enough about how Sandi and her staff helped me with round the clock care for my mom in December 2014 and up until the morning my mom passed on January 12th, 2015. The care was involved with just about everything including but not limited to helping my mom dress, getting her to and from the bathroom multiple times every day. Also meal preparations and the special touch of sitting with her, talking to her about anything my mom wanted to discuss. All of this took a BIG load off of me. Sandi tried to stay with the same helpers every shift but that wasn't always possible and that created a few problems here and there but we worked through it. Based on my experience with Right At Home I would recommend them.
