(August 27, 2024, 11:56 pm)I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!

(November 6, 2022, 9:22 am)One of the best places to get your car parts. If you're like me and you work on your own vehicle you can pretty much get any part for your vehicle without spending a ton.
Pretty good company and pretty good to customers. they earned a 5 in my book due to customer service and answering my dumb questions.
