I also met Mario in the warehouse who was also really good to meet. Everyone that I worked with was very knowledgeable about the product and transparent in their pricing. “Really like this place! This location is tucked out of the way and easy to miss. This store specializes more with commercial plumbing, but they are increasing their residential sales and inventory. I first found out about this place from one of their employees (Nathan) who saw my truck driving down the road and gave me a call. He arranged an appointment with me to come tour the facility and see if they might offer any brands or product I couldn't get from my current plumbing supplier. Let me tell you, after seeing their facility, I am 100% sure this is the cleanest plumbing supply in Houston! Everything is arranged neatly, you can call in or email an order which they'll start pulling right away in most cases, and their inventory manager Chris stays hard at work organizing and ordering new products! Nathan showed me that their entire team works together to create the best buying experience for their customers. I never went to a supply house where everyone introduced themselves to me and I learned what each person did to help get my products available to me. I like that this store carries Gerber toilets. They also carry Lochinvar water heaters, which I have no experience with, but for those interested they do come with a standard brass gas control valve, not the Honeywell Digital valves. 5/5 stars! Very happy with their selection and service.”

“My experience was not excellent due to maybe it being a weekend day. However even with a party of 10 people we were seated promptly withing no more than 5 minutes however I did do a call ahead. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and came an adequate amount of times to ask if we needed anything. The only complaint I have is that it sometimes took a moment for him to refill the drinks. The flavor of our food was amazing however my fajita meat was not cut into strips and I had to actually cut it up myself. Not sure if that is standards or it if was just an over sight by the cook.”
