“We went out to eat for breakfast here and were amazed at the breakfast tacos. There's a lot on the menu, but I wanted something simple. Egg and potato breakfast tacos. They were amazing. The best that I've ever had.... Including ones I've made at home. The corn tortillas were handmade and we could see them making them. The service was so fast that I was surprised at how quick our meals were ready. The tortillas were great, but the best part was the inside. Not sure how they did it, bit of was a soft, melt in your mouth experience. Really great food and service. It's my list of top 3 breakfast places now. Will definitely go back again.”

I assume that is the reason for the lengthy wait because he probably does that to all the patients. But the wait time has gotten better with the addition of other providers in the clinic.
