  Lawrence, Gina and Kaitlin from the Leasing office were amazing. My son took up a job in Houston, with out their help it would have been impossible to settle down so quickly.
  The apartments building is well kept, good grounds keeping, quiet, safe, right across Target Superstore.
  Very happy tenant.

  Feels like home already. Amazing location and staff. Needed a few things fixed and Sebastian and Manuel were very responsive and did a great job. Very impressed!

  My brother moved to these apartments not too long ago and I finally got to visit on his birthday. The property is very peaceful, beautiful and modern. My brother gave me a tour of the property and the amenities provided to the residents. There’s are 2 pools, one of them is a lap pool! There’s a gym, a beautifully decorated lobby/ common area, and awesome high tech coffee machine in the lobby lol and the appliances look brand new. It’s close to the nrg, the medical center, downtown, the galleria and there are lots options for food, pharmacies and shops in the area. If I didn’t have a house already, I would love to live here. I defiantly recommend everyone check them out!

  I visited Monaco. The lobby and lounges were gorgeous. The pool was also very nice. The garage placement also looked very convenient. The staff and management were very helpful and incredibly friendly during my visit! The location is very close to the med center which is a plus to me. My only criticism is the prices are much higher than others in the area.

  I am moving from New York City to Houston for a new job next week and I could not be more grateful for landing on this apartment complex. Throughout the entire transition process thus far, the staff has made this experience so easy for me. Lawrence, Caitlyn, and Gina from the leasing office have all been incredibly responsive by e-mail/phone, have been very accommodating with my requests, and have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I haven't even made the move yet and can already tell what people mean by "Southern hospitality"!
