“The technician taking the final measurements helped walk me through the measurements and final understanding of out the shutter would work when installed. This also helped us capture an error made in the order regarding the divider rail. The installation occurred the date that was set during the final measurements and the Tech (Adam) kept in communication with me around the time of arrival. Adam did an excellent job installing the shutter and there was no messy evidence he had been there as some installations create! He inspected the shutter as he installed an identified some blemishes in the paint and came up with resolution before I was even aware there was a problem. The shutters look great!”
