“It's a park very clean, once a week a Harley Davidson club go for a 45 miles Raleigh. Also it has clean bathroom and a it had several buildings where you can go and take the whole family for B.B.Q or a big party. There's this section that is like gym.”

“Very cool place. Trains look great and the ride they take you on is a good distance. I went on one of the public days, where they just take donations. Line wasn't terribly long, and moved quickly. I have two young boys and they really liked it. They're are bathrooms and they sell some drinks and shirts, etc. The members who run the trains were all pretty nice. One let my oldest son now the horn. Made his day.”

“Haven't been beyond the playground but it kept my two boys occupied for almost 2 hrs. Seem like there are walking trails and bike trails possibly further back. Have only visited when the spray park was open so no comment there. Only thing that could make this better is if it was covered”

“Nice little nature preserve. This was our second visit. We have now done all of the trails here. Northern loop features woodland walking past a picnic area, Scout camp, and bird blind viewing a wet meadow; 1.5 miles of walking, a bit marred by highway noise. South trails are accessed by a brief bit of paved road to a nature center and old homestead connecting to a small network (2.5 miles) of trails through more woodland as well as Bald Cypress marsh. The southern trails are a bit quieter and more interesting than those to the north. Interesting historical features at the homestead. Very pleasant place for a family outing.”
